Double Superior rooms Fitted out in the same way as the afore-mentioned rooms, the nine superior rooms redefine the notion of space, offering a surface area of approximately 15 m2. Studios – “Le Sensuel” These spacious 24 m² double rooms are located on the ground floor and the first, second, third and fourth floors of the Residence. Our designer bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The main 15 m² room includes a double bed or two twin beds upon request, a dining table, two armchairs and bookshelves. The kitchenette is fully equipped. 2 room Suites – “Le Charmeur” These suites are located on the ground floor and the first and second floors of the Residence. The view from the 25 m² lounge overlooks a charming inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped. The suite has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge, accommodating up to four people. Our designer bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a washbasin with a separate toilet. The suite on the ground floor includes a bathtub. 3 room Suites – “L’Élegant” These prestigious 80m² suites are located on the first, second and third floors of the Residence. These suites have a large lounge, a dining room for receiving guests, a separate equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds. The designer bathroom includes a bathtub, and the suite offers separate toilets. One of its bedrooms may be equipped with two twin beds upon request.
